Target doesn't publish a winners list. You find out by email, and only if you were picked. Here is when the emails come, what to do with one, and how the other stores tell you.

When Target sends results
Selection emails start the day entries close. For the first drawing the product page said "Check your inbox starting Nov 4", the same morning entries closed at 10:00 a.m. CT, and restock accounts reported Target selecting winners by midday that day. Emails go to the address on your Target account, so check that inbox, including spam and the Promotions tab.
If you got the email
- You have 24 hours to buy through the link in the email.
- The order ships; pickup and same-day delivery aren't offered.
- Purchase limits and order review apply, and the item is a final sale.
- Let the 24 hours pass and Target may offer your spot to another guest.
- The item is bought on its own, so it may fall under Target's free-shipping minimum.
If nothing arrived
You weren't picked this round, and Target sends no rejection email. Your entry isn't wasted: it stays active, and if Target receives more of that product it can run another round with the remaining entries. The product page still shows your entry and a Leave drawing button.

Walmart results in practice
For the November 4 batch, Walmart's drawing page said "Drawing results by Nov 07, 3:00pm PST", and the first winners were charged around midday PT on November 5. Earlier batches took between two hours (October 26) and about 31 hours (October 28) to start. Check your Walmart order history, not just your inbox.
Improving your odds next time
Every eligible entry has the same chance, so the only edge is entering every drawing you'd buy from. Target's windows are long but come without warning; Walmart's last an hour; Many Realms' closed within a day. Drawing Alerts emails you when any of them opens.
